ADU Certified

Dimas was great. He was affordable. Our ADU looks so luxurious. All our friends and family love it. Dimas runs a clean jobsite. We are very pleased with how the ADU came out.

Dimas was fantastic to work with! He was upfront about cost and timeline, including ways we could save money and what all our options were. He kept us updated every step of the way, coming by multiple times a week in evening after we had gotten home from work to fill us in on progress and next steps. He was incredibly patient with all of our last-minute changes and kept a positive attitude through it all! We could not be happier with the result, and have recommended Dimas to all of our friends and neighbors in the area!

Hired this company from a referral from another contractor. I already had the plans done but he noticed that the plans were going to interfere with the SCE wires so I checked with SCE and sure enough, had I started construction, would have had to stop and rework everything. In the end he saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Gave me a written contract to sign and even after some upgrades, he still honored the original price with zero additional charges. He also told me the project would take about 6 months, which I did not believe because, as we all know, contractors are not the most honest people in the world (did you see the movie the Money Pit?) The project took 6 months and 2 weeks...I couldn't believe it. Everything came out amazing. Highly recommend ADU certified!!!

Dimas was extremely accommodating, professional, friendly, and responded to our concerns immediately. We are very happy with the way the conversions turned out.
