Dj,Bryan, and Bruno were awesome dad past away a couple years ago and my wife and I decided to build the adu for mom. They took the worries out of it. They always answered our calls no extra charges and always willing to help. Workers helped us move in some furniture that was heavy and put up a heavy mirror on the wall. We referred our daughter to them and they are building them an adu in Ontario. Call them you will not be disappointed

I recently had the pleasure of working with Drecc Construction for a major renovation project, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the experience exceeded all of my expectations. First and foremost, the team at Drecc Construction was incredibly professional. Right from our initial consultation, they demonstrated a deep understanding of the project requirements and offered insightful suggestions that greatly enhanced the overall outcome. They took the time to listen to my ideas and concerns, making sure that every detail was addressed before work even began. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Drecc Construction was their commitment to clear communication. They provided a detailed timeline and kept me informed every step of the way. Whenever I had questions or needed updates, they were quick to respond and always provided thorough explanations. This level of transparency was refreshing and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free.

We are delighted to share our positive experience with DREC Construction, who recently completed a magnificent 900-square-foot Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on one of our properties. DJ and his team consistently exceeded expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle. Efficient Management Despite Permit Delays: While the city's permit approval process took an unexpected eleven months, DJ and his team ensured the construction phase itself remained remarkably efficient and time-conscious. This minimized disruption and ensured the project stayed on track. Exceptional Craftsmanship: The quality of construction was truly impressive. The tile-work was meticulously laid, and the kitchen's granite countertops and cabinetry surpassed our initial expectations. DJ's expertise and constant communication ensured every detail was flawlessly executed. Streamlined Experience: While we utilized a separate firm for the initial design plans, we are curious if DREC's involvement in that phase might have potentially streamlined the city's approval timeline. Regardless, the exceptional quality of construction and seamless project management made the entire process worthwhile. Unwavering Recommendation: DREC Construction has unquestionably earned our highest recommendation. Their commitment to quality and their ability to navigate challenges solidify them as our top choice for any future construction projects. We extend our sincere gratitude to DJ and his entire team for transforming our vision into a stunning reality.

Part 2 guys I ran out of characters on my account so now I have to use my husbands lol.. Brian also with this same RLG and ALG had homeowners call a toll- free number stating his company consisted of experienced attorneys who were highly skilled in negotiating lower interest rates and even lowering your principal balance. All lies!! It was just a bunch of telemarketers and he never had a team of attorneys. Again google his name it’s in black and white. I later found out through much research that DJ always has such great reviews because he either works with people to take them down or he will change the name of his company so he can get rid of all the negative reviews. That’s how we’re scammed. They are in the process as we speak of changing the name of their company again to ADU Pro. DJ can’t get a license under his name due to other legal reasons and neither can his partner if that’s what Brian is because of federal crimes. Again look it up and see whose name their license is under. I have been told by one of his own workers who pulled up the license 1096965 which you can look up that it’s and I will say “allegedly ” under Brian’s wife’s name. His worker told me it’s Brian’s wife so that’s why she m saying “allegedly”. I always wondered why his signs and the truck DJ drives don’t show the license number on them. Now it all makes sense. My husband and I have tried so hard to work with these guys we were in fear at every turn that if we were to upset or combative they would stop building the ADU. It’s a horrible feeling. BEWARE!! of these guys they are the worst kind of contractor and treated us like we worked for them. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. I’m sharing this story not as retaliation but to warn people in hopes they NEVER do this to another family. We are taking further action against them for all the reasons stated in my review. The ADU did get completely literally June 9th. Again we signed the ADU contract in 2022. We missed out on rental money for 2 years and had to hire another company to do the yard work which was the second contract job DJ cancelled. Please folks lookout for these guys and any new name they change to ADU Pro or the next one they change to to avoid bad reviews or responsibility “allegedly” again not sure if there are many other reasons why but sources said that’s one of them. No matter how many good reviews they allow to be shown of their great work it’s all smoke and mirrors. It took many guys coming back many many time to fix things in our to get it to look decent. We just gave up in the end and let something’s go because I couldn’t stand dealing with them another minute! DJ got so petty he told his workers not to install our washer and dryer that had been delivered and sitting in the ADU for over 8 months. His worker said I’m so sorry to tell you this and then he said he also won’t let them install the ring bell we purchased again months ago that he said he would take care of to be petty. I could go on and on with the nightmare these men put us through. I never do reviews EVER but I just couldn’t let this company treat anymore people this way. If one person doesn’t hire them because of this review then what we went through would be worth it. Thanks for reading my story. Be cautious !! And beware!! God Bless🙏
