Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After coming out to look at my property for an ADU project, communication completely stopped. It has now been over three weeks, and despite me respectfully following up once a week, I never received a single response or update. I even sent a thank you message after the visit and simply asked to be kept updated regarding the permits and layout plans. A quick text back, even just to say they were no longer interested or too busy, would have been appreciated. Professional communication and basic courtesy go a long way, especially when homeowners are trying to plan major projects. Thank you for the response. My review was not about the quality of work, since no work was completed. It was based solely on the lack of communication after the consultation and multiple follow-ups. MZ Construction is extremely professional from start to finish. They handled everything — from the initial plans and permits to the groundbreaking and final details, both interior and exterior. The quality of their work is outstanding. What really stood out to me was the constant, open communication throughout the entire project. I truly felt involved and heard at every step of the process. I would definitely recommend MZ Construction, he helps you though out the whole process and anything you need he will try to make it happen and if not he comes up with something better. Some of my friends also used him and said the same things. Our ADU unit came out so good that we might live in it and rent out our house. Definitely use him if you want it done right and amazing.
