We recently completed a full home remodel in Sherman Oaks with Olympia Construction, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We received five different estimates, and Olympia was right in the middle price-wise, which felt fair and reasonable. One of the main reasons we chose them was their strong online reviews, and we also spoke with two of their past clients in Sherman Oaks who had completed similar projects. Both had only great things to say, which gave us a lot of confidence. From our first meeting, we had a great feeling about Ryan—he’s professional, honest, and easy to work with. That positive energy continued throughout the entire project. This was a true full home remodel: wall removal, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, windows, painting, plumbing, electrical rewiring, insulation, and more. Everything was clearly documented upfront, and the project followed the contract exactly. There were no surprises or unexpected charges, which is something we were especially cautious about after hearing stories from friends. We had a great experience with Olympia Construction remodeling our kitchen in Studio City. From start to finish, their service was professional and smooth. The kitchen turned out modern and beautiful, exactly what we wanted. They completed everything in just 5 weeks, including permits and inspections, which really impressed us. Before even talking about him as a contractor, I have to say that Ryan is an extraordinary human being. He is someone who always stands by his word, genuinely trustworthy, and has a sense of morals and values that is so rare these days. Our project was incredibly challenging from the very beginning, a super luxury 6,000 sq. ft. custom home and ADU with a pool building from scratch , in Pasadena, filled with custom finishes and materials imported from Italy. It was a dream, but also complex and demanding. From start to finish, Ryan totally shined. He tackled every obstacle with patience, intelligence, and a level of dedication that is truly inspiring. He’s not afraid to push himself, share his knowledge, and go above and beyond for the project. The way he handled every detail, from planning to execution made the whole process feel smooth and exciting, even when things were complicated. It’s honestly so rare to find someone in construction with this combination of skill, integrity, and heart. He made our vision come to life in a way we could have never imagined, and I feel so lucky to have worked with him. I can’t recommend Ryan highly enough, he’s the kind of person and contractor you want on any project, no matter how big, small, or challenging. By the way , we sold our house later( cause we had to move) and we broke record per sqft.

I recently completed a master bathroom renovation with Olympia Construction, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My bathroom renovation was particularly complex, as it sits on a raised foundation. I requested that the entire existing subfloor be removed, including the plywood floor, floor joists, bottom plates, and studs, to create a solid foundation for the new design. During demolition, Ryan’s team discovered wet and dry rot, as well as prior termite damage. They did an outstanding job meticulously removing all the damaged wood and rebuilding a structurally sound base. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout this critical stage. One of the standout elements of the renovation was the tile work. The precision and craftsmanship demonstrated by Ryan’s crew were nothing short of exceptional. The design was executed flawlessly, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. In addition to their technical skills, the team was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. Ryan’s ability to manage the project efficiently while keeping everything on schedule and within budget was truly impressive. He delivered a stunning master bathroom that I’m proud to showcase.
