1 Degree Construction

This review is long overdue, but I’m so happy with my new kitchen! After a total gut job due to water damage, I finally went with them. 3 years ago, I skipped them because of the price and went with a cheaper contractor and it was honestly the biggest regret of my life. You truly get what you pay for. Thai and the whole crew (shoutout to Shane too!) were professional, organized, and hit every deadline. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking to remodel, save yourself the headache and just go with these guys especially if you live near Studio City they know all the houses out here.

Degree truly exceeded our expectations! We remodeled our kitchen, dining room, and all the flooring in our house, and the quality of work is absolutely superb. What we loved most was their incredible attention to detail. Gabriel, our project manager, spent so much time listening to exactly what we wanted and he completely delivered. We were constantly changing our plans throughout the project, but Gabriel never missed a beat and responded to our texts and calls almost immediately. The level of professionalism was amazing from start to finish. We are so happy with the results and will absolutely be hiring 1 Degree Construction for our next remodel!

We are very happy with the completion of our bathroom remodel. Thai and his crew were great and we appreciate their attention to detail and accommodating all of our requests. Thai offered exceptional advice regarding the replacement tile and window and he found a great deal on a replacement vanity for us. Throughout the project, him and his crew were professional, timely, and respectful. They all showed lots of love to our noisey and nosey dogs. Thai and Jesse always finished work on schedule and always left the job site clean and organized each day they were on site. Entire remodel was a smooth experience.

We just moved into a place that needed a complete renovation and Oliver really knew what he doing he really helped us get us our dream bathroom for our new house we bought in Sherman Oaks. He didn't try to push those cheap plastic inserts and instead focused on the layout changes that actually made the small space functional. The double vanity fits perfectly and the walk in shower is exactly how we pictured it during the walkthrough. It is a relief to have the master suite finished before we fully unpacked

We decided to renovate our primary bathroom after dealing with a cramped layout and a shower that never worked right for years. The team did an amazing job reconfiguring the space to make it feel way more open and modern. They were very mindful about keeping the dust contained to the work area which I really appreciated since we were living in the house during the demo. Everything from the flooring to the new vanity was installed with a lot of attention to detail. It feels like staying in a high end hotel every morning now.
