We gave ourselves the best home upgrade this year by taking on a complete remodeling project, and having Shai and his team handle it was the gift we didn’t know we needed. From the very start meeting Shai at the showroom, choosing all the finish materials, and even getting a discount at his uncle’s showroom we felt like we were in good hands. Our project was a big one two complete bathroom remodels (our guest bath and master bath), a full kitchen remodel with new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and more, plus flooring and full interior paint. A lot of moving parts, a lot of opportunities for stress, but the team never let that happen. As work began, we met the crew and immediately felt like we were working with people who genuinely cared. They kept every line of communication open, included us in every decision, explained things clearly, and were surprisingly conscious about keeping the space clean. They handled every part of the job with skill and confidence plumbing, tile, cabinetry, paint, everything and it made the entire experience feel smooth instead of overwhelming. In a weird way, we actually missed them once the job was finished and they weren’t coming by anymore. Now both bathrooms look like something out of a boutique hotel, the kitchen feels completely transformed, and every detail throughout the house shows the pride they put into their work. The pricing was fair, the communication was solid, and the people were genuinely great. When we’re ready for the next remodel, we already know who we’re calling.
