The best, builders and people. As a disabled only parent to a special needs child, we are especially vulnerable to unscrupulous actors. I am beyond grateful to have been connected with NEO Builders and their affiliates. They are helping us rebuild our life.

These guys are legit ADU experts (licensed, bonded, and insured). They are on all of the ADU-related websites - ADUInsider, Houzz, etc. I came across Joseph Peretz from all of his YouTube videos. I actually binge watched them all (they were entertaining to me) and I was struck by how consistently good the builds were. His design team does a great job on the bathrooms and kitchens - the Inglewood ADU was on point. They are not the cheapest, and you don't want to go cheap on something like this. I fully believe in paying the premium for peace of mind and these guys give it. While doing my initial research, I even took the dive and paid for Joseph's full course which was also well thought out and very educational to me, a newbie. It was not unnecessarily long but to the point. I really liked the breakdown of his different past ADU projects and reasoning for certain layouts. In the end, he tells it like it is. No BS. It gave me the confidence to talk intelligently to other General Contractors and Architects. When I was going through my short list of Design/Build firms and General Contractors, Neobuilders were at the top. I did have a very good consultation of my ideas with Joseph. He used his experience and gave me some very insightful thoughts and constructively pointed out the flaws of my initial ideas, which all made sense. He even offered to take me along to tour one of his projects that was underway. That amount of transparency is valuable! In the end, I put my current ADU plans on hold for personal reasons, but would definitely trust Neobuilders to build something beautiful for me in the future. They're responsive and available by cell/text. I called the number listed here and it even went to Manny's cell phone and he picked up while on a job site. It's that sort of white glove service you want when dealing with big projects and want to be kept in the loop.

We could not be more happy with our ADU from Joseph and his amazing team. From the beginning of the process, the attention to detail and speed of construction was top notch. We were able to style the space to our liking while getting expert feedback to avoid unforeseen mistakes and the final product is exactly what we wanted. The bathroom is beautiful and the kitchen is genuinely spacious. It is crazy to me that this was a garage 5 months ago. Just amazing speed and precision throughout the whole process. I recommend Joseph as highly as I can if you are thinking to build an ADU in Los Angeles.

Joseph and the NEO builders did a great job converting our detached garage into a studio ADU on the west side. From project design to permitting to construction and finishing, the team was responsive, reliable, and accommodating. We had a tight timeline for construction and Joseph was able to get the project done, while meeting all of our requirements. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable about ADU’s. He knows the inside and outside of the city laws. The ADU I toured was high quality and done in 10 weeks. Very impressed and feel confident he would be a great contractor.
