We paid $35,000 for a backyard remodel, and less than three years later the turf is already showing serious issues. Several areas are completely flattened and won't bounce back, making it look worn out and poorly installed. On top of that, a section of the turf has been burned due to window reflection--something that was never disclosed or even mentioned as a potential issue during the project. When I reached out to the company to come take a look, I was told it wasn't covered under warranty and they refused to even come out to assess it. For the amount of money we invested, that level of customer service is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this company, especially considering their lack of accountability after taking such a large payment.

I called Better Place Remodeling to get my backyard a little touch-up for summer. I got a chance to work with Clay and his Team. All communication either early in the morning or late at night was fulfilled and responded quickly. Their timing and efficiency in how they scheduled people to work is astounding. We absolutely love the end product. Elon and the crew helped our backyard become functional and also maximized the space by building a retaining wall. They were also able to provide financing options which was impossible with other companies due to this being a new build. Elon’s responsiveness and the quality of the work definitely put them head and shoulders above the competition.

We are beyond happy with the end result. This was a complete transformation. We were so unhappy with the way our backyard looked before the renovation. There was no room for our kids to play, no room for people to sit and enjoy the backyard for parties. We ended up going with Better Place Remodeling after speaking to literally 12 licensed and reputable contractors. There was something about how the company presented us with the project overview. Clay who was our rep helped us through the process from beginning to end. Every team member that worked on our project were amazing and professional. Joe and his team were extremely professional! They completed everything on time, and always notified us of when they were coming by to work. Our backyard is a beautiful paradise now, the team installed our turf, our outdoor kitchen and our patio as well as our beautiful pavers! If you want your backyard transformed in a timely manner these are your guys!
