This ADU construction was our first foray into real estate investment. We wanted to have a source of passive income and also a place to move into when we got older and can't manage the upkeep of a large home. Elias and his company ran this project relatively smoothly, with minimal interruptions to our daily lives. They were meticulous with details, especially in dealing with my wife, Beverly's, preferences. They were also very flexible and accommodating even with last minute variances.
