Really good quality professional team! Since we started renovation, the team comes everyday at 7 am to start work. I had referral from another trusted contractor. Cost will seem high in the beginning because they let you know upfront and no surprised later. . But after some research I realized cost is very reasonable. Good communication and very patient with my very many questions.

Sheen has done work for us in the past so when we had a flood in the house we did not hesitate to contact Sheen to help with this whole house remodel. Sheen and workers, especially Francisco, did an outstanding job in getting our home completed, from new cabinets, flooring, drywall, new kitchen and painting throughout they made our house brand new! So appreciative in getting this completed so quickly, once insurance paid up!

Sheen and his team are friendly, hard-working, and knowledgeable professionals. They completed an ADU Garage Conversion so that my elderly mother could live with us and yet have her own space. And the project turned out wonderfully! Unlike some contractors I've worked with in the past, they are very responsive in terms of communication and patiently answer all your questions. Outside unforeseen reasonable changes, they kept to their estimate. When an issue surfaced a few months later with our mini-split, they were quick to diagnose the problem and correct it. I always felt that their interest in my family's welfare was genuine, and appreciated their support throughout the entire process. I would recommend them.

We used Sheen and Specialty Home Improvement and I would definitely recommend him and his team on your home improvement project. They were timely and got our project completed within budget. Came out excellent!

A year into COVID, it was difficult to find any available worthwhile contractors. Either everyone was price gouging or the price sounded too good to be true. After a few long conversations with Sheen, I felt comfortable to move forward with Home Specialty building my ADU. At my request, I was pretty involved from day one. As a new homeowner I wanted to get a glimpse of how things are suppose to be done. Sheen kicked me over a website with the schedule and contract all on display for me to follow. I would youtube every bit of the process and learn it myself and then watch it be done. Nearly everything was spot on and professional. Sheen answered all my questions promptly in person/or called as they came up. He was always honest, which is not what I always wanted to hear, but which goes a long way these days. By the end of the project, I was happy I ultimately went with Sheen.
